Conventional v/s Regenative
Livestock

Conventional Farming

Conventional farming focuses on maximizing meat yields and commercial gains, often leading to continuous grazing practices without rotation. This overuse of pastures contributes to biodiversity loss through monoculture practices, while extensive pesticide and fertilizer use further pollutes the environment. Soil health is often overlooked, and animals are subjected to standardized conditions. High carbon emissions during product transport are typical.

Farm regenerative

Regenerative farming prioritizes ecosystem restoration and sustainability. Practices include pasture rotation and rest periods to enhance biodiversity. Chemical inputs are minimized or eliminated to reduce pollution, while soil health is improved through techniques like cover crop planting. Farmers prioritize animal welfare and natural behaviors, recycling animal waste as natural fertilizers. Carbon emissions during product transport are minimized.
