Private capital participation
Developed by Orbolo on its own estancia, El Tapir integrates regenerative livestock management, sustanable forest management with native species, and active conservation within the same territory. Private investors participate under terms that prioritize establishment before returns, aligned with the long-term nature of land stewardship.

Purpose
Regeneration only scales when it is economic viable.
Estancia El Tapir was created to demonstrate that livestock production, ecosystem restoration and profitability can coexist within the same model.
By operating the project directly, Orbolo is able to generate real production data, cost structures and performance insights, providing concrete evidence that regenerative land management can function as a viable business.
This proof is essential for future expansion, supporting the replication of regenerative production models across new territories and projects.
